1. General Provisions
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the site.
- Acceptance of the GTCS is required to validate an order.
- Contracts are concluded in French.
2. Ordering Process
- Items are selected and added to a cart before final validation.
- An order becomes final when the "Pay Now" button is clicked.
- An order confirmation is sent by email.
- The site reserves the right to modify the GTCS at any time.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
- The prices indicated on the site, as well as shipping costs, constitute the total price, including all applicable taxes.
- Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items and will be charged separately, unless free delivery is specified.
- Payment is due in full at the time of the order.
- Finishers reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices in effect at the time of order will apply.
4. Delivery Terms
- The site delivers exclusively to certain countries within Europe.
- Delivery fees may vary depending on the size and destination of the order.
- Delivery times depend on the production time of the ordered items, and will be stated during the ordering process.
- If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed time, customers can request a refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers have a 30-day period from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing a reason.
- If the right of withdrawal is exercised, all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs due to a chosen shipping method), will be refunded within 14 days.
- Customers are responsible for returning goods in a timely manner and must cover return shipping costs unless specified otherwise.

6. DISCOUNTS COUPONS, GIFT CARDS, AND PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS
6.1 Terms of Use for Discount Coupons The provisions of this section apply only to discount coupons distributed for free. Gift cards are subject to the provisions of Article 6.2 of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
6.1.1 Finishers may distribute discount coupons that entitle users to a reduction on the price of a purchase, either in absolute value or as a percentage. Discount coupons can be used on all products offered on the site shop.finishers.com, except where exceptions are specified in the campaign accompanying the coupon or on the coupon itself. Each discount coupon specifies the minimum purchase amount, the online store where the coupon can be used, and the coupon's expiration date. Certain products and categories may be excluded from the benefit of discount coupons. In the case of a discount in absolute value, the total price of the order must meet or exceed the value offered by the coupon, unless otherwise stated when the coupon is issued. Discount coupons are provided in the form of a one-time use code. Unless otherwise stated, the code expires once used.
6.1.2 The value represented by the discount coupon does not accrue interest, cannot be refunded, and is not transferable to third parties. If Finishers becomes aware of a transfer of a discount coupon to a third party, Finishers reserves the right to invalidate the coupon in question.
6.1.3 It is not possible to use multiple discount coupons for a single order, unless the terms of use of a coupon allow it to be combined with others.
6.1.4 The difference between the amount of the discount coupon and the value of your order can be paid using any of the payment methods offered on the site.
6.1.5 In the case of a full or partial return of goods, the portion of the price paid by the discount coupon will not be refunded.
6.1.6 If you used a discount coupon when making your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods if, due to withdrawal, the total value of the order is lower than the value of the corresponding discount coupon.
6.2 Terms of Use for Gift Cards The provisions of this section apply only to gift cards purchased from us. Discount coupons are subject to the provisions of Article 6.1 of these GTC.
6.2.1 Gift cards can only be used for purchases on the site shop.finishers.com.
6.2.2 Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
6.2.3 The value represented by gift cards does not accrue interest and cannot be refunded.
6.2.4 The purchase of a gift card may only be canceled as long as it has not been used. A gift card is considered used when it has been redeemed, either for an order or to credit a customer account.
6.2.5 Any difference between the value of the gift card and the total value of your order can be paid using any of the payment methods offered on the site.
6.2.6 It is not possible to use multiple gift cards for a single order. It is also not possible to combine a gift card with a discount coupon for a single order, unless the terms of use of a coupon or gift card allow them to be combined.
6.2.7 You can use your gift card only once. If the total amount on your gift card is not fully spent in a single order, you must send an email to contact@finishers.com, and customer service will send you a new gift card for the remaining balance.
6.2.8 Finishers is not responsible for the loss, theft, or illegibility of gift cards, or for errors in the email address of the gift card recipient.
6.2.9 Gift cards are transferable. It is forbidden to duplicate, edit, or manipulate gift cards.
6.2.10 In case of fraud, attempted deception, or suspicion of illegal activities related to an order paid with a gift card, we reserve the right to close the associated customer accounts and/or request payment through a different method. In such cases, the customer cannot claim the unlocking of their account or the refund of the gift card balance.
6.3 Promotional Campaigns The following conditions apply to any competition, contest, or campaign (hereinafter referred to as "Promotional Campaign") organized by Finishers.
6.3.1 Winners or beneficiaries are selected from all participants who have met all conditions specified by Finishers. Winners or beneficiaries will be notified by Finishers via the email provided during registration. If the email stipulates that the winner or beneficiary must contact Finishers within a certain time to accept the prize, the right to the prize will expire if this time is not respected.
6.3.2 Prizes or rewards offered during a promotional campaign cannot be exchanged or refunded.
6.3.3 Participants in a promotional campaign agree that, in the event of a win, their name may be mentioned by Finishers for a reasonable period.
6.3.4 Finishers reserves the right to exclude participants from a promotional campaign if they have manipulated the competition or promotional mechanisms using unfair means or in violation of these GTC. At its discretion, Finishers may close the accounts of those responsible for the manipulation.
6.3.5 Finishers reserves the right to cancel a promotional campaign for legitimate reasons and with reasonable notice or to extend its duration.
7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN FINISHERS CONTESTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA
The following conditions apply to contests organized by Finishers on Facebook and/or Instagram (hereinafter referred to as "Contests").
7.1 General
7.1.1 The contests are organized by Finishers.
7.1.2 Each contest ends at the specified date and time.
7.1.3 Finishers reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contests temporarily or permanently, without providing reasons.
7.2 Modalities
7.2.1 Unless otherwise stated in the regulations, participants must reside in one of the countries where we ship our products: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and the Czech Republic.
7.2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old.
7.2.3 Each participant may enter the contest only once, even if they have multiple Instagram or Facebook accounts.
7.2.4 Employees of Finishers are excluded from participation.
7.2.5 Participation must occur according to the conditions specified in the announcement.
7.2.6 Offensive, abusive, misleading, unethical, discriminatory, or defamatory contributions are not allowed and will not be considered.
7.2.7 Any participant attempting to manipulate the result using technological means will be disqualified.
7.3 Prizes
7.3.1 Winners will be randomly chosen by a Finishers employee.
7.3.2 Winners will be notified in the comments or via private message on Facebook or Instagram.
7.3.3 Any changes to the contest will be announced in advance on the respective social media pages.
7.3.4 The prize will be canceled and awarded to another participant if the winner does not register again within seven days or fails to meet the above conditions.
7.4 Data Confidentiality
7.4.1 Any personal data (name, date of birth, postal and email address) collected from participants will be used exclusively by Finishers in the context of the contest.
7.4.2 The data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. For more information on Finishers' data protection policy, you can refer to our Privacy Policy on the website www.finishers.com.
7.5 Legal Grounds
7.5.1 No legal recourse is allowed.
7.5.2 The contest is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram or Facebook.
8. LEGAL WARRANTY
8.1 In accordance with applicable regulations, we are responsible for non-compliance defects under the conditions of Article L. 211-4 of the French Consumer Code and hidden defects under the conditions set forth in Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code for products ordered on the Site.
You have a two-year period from the delivery of the product to claim your legal warranty of compliance. When exercising this warranty, you can choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions provided by Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code. According to this article, we may refuse to comply with your choice if the choice entails a disproportionate cost in relation to the other option considering the product’s value or the significance of the defect.
The legal warranty of compliance applies independently of any commercial warranty.
You may also choose to implement the warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, you may choose either the cancellation of the sale or a price reduction in accordance with the provisions of Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
We thank you for checking immediately whether the products are complete or show any defects or damages that may have occurred during transport or delivery. In the event of damage, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to inform us does not affect your legal rights regarding warranty or withdrawal.
8.2 Customer satisfaction is important to us. You can contact us at any time using the customer service contact details above. We will examine your request promptly and contact you after receiving the documents and/or your inquiry or claim. Claim processing may take some time as it often requires contacting our production and/or delivery partners. You can expedite the processing of your claim by accurately describing the issue and providing a copy of the invoice or referencing your order (order number, customer reference, etc.). If we do not respond within five (5) business days, we encourage you to contact us again, as some emails may be blocked by our system's anti-spam filter.
9. LIABILITY
We cannot guarantee that the communication of data over the internet will occur without errors or be available at all times. We do not offer any guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Site.
10. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, CONTRACT STORAGE
10.1 Contracts on the Site are concluded exclusively in the French language.
10.2 You can view these GTC at any time on the Site. You can print or save this document. Additionally, you can archive the contractual terms of your order by downloading the GTC and saving either the order summary through your browser or the automatic order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided.
10.3 This order confirmation contains your order details and a copy of the applicable GTC. The order confirmation can be saved or printed using your email client’s corresponding function.
11. APPLICABLE LAW / COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding these GTC will be submitted to the competent French courts.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1 The website shop.finishers.com is an intellectual work protected by law. Its content, including texts, illustrations, photographs, presentations, and databases, is strictly reserved under copyright and industrial property law.
12.2 This content may not be copied, disseminated, used, or reused in any way without prior approval from the respective owners. This specifically applies to any copying using indexing robots or other automated mechanisms. Any use or modification of these services for purposes they were not intended for is strictly prohibited. In particular, copying or downloading content, offers, directions, databases, etc., for commercial use is prohibited and subject to legal consequences under civil and criminal law.
13. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions will not be affected. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by the applicable legal provisions.
